Mumbai- Actress Bhumi Pednekar has given fans a glimpse into her peaceful countryside escape, spending two weeks surrounded by nature, farm animals and fresh organic produce.
Taking a break from her busy work schedule, Bhumi immersed herself in farm life, calling the retreat her "home away from home." She shared a series of photos and videos on social media, showcasing moments filled with greenery, homegrown food and adorable baby goats.
Posting a video montage from her stay, she captioned it: "Main aur meeeiiiinnnnn. Spent two weeks being a farm girlie and it was... My home away from home, surrounded by nature and everything I love."

The photo carousel begins with Bhumi cuddling a white baby goat while dressed in black athleisure, smiling as she poses with the animal. Other clips show her trekking through lush forest trails and participating in everyday farm activities, including harvesting fresh vegetables straight from the garden.
One video captures the actress plucking leafy greens to prepare a meal, highlighting her experience of farm-to-table living. She also shared images of wholesome dishes made with freshly harvested ingredients, including colourful vegetable preparations, soups and pancakes.
On the professional front, Bhumi was last seen on the big screen in Mere Husband Ki Biwi alongside Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh. She also appeared in the OTT series Daldal.
Her recent social media posts reflect a growing focus on spirituality and reconnecting with nature. Earlier this month, the actress shared photographs from her visit to Dharamshala, where she met 14th Dalai Lama.
Recalling the experience, Bhumi wrote that being in the presence of the Tibetan spiritual leader brought her an overwhelming sense of calm and gratitude.

"In the presence of His Holiness The Dalai Lama, everything felt lighter, calmer and surreal. The moment I walked away, I realised tears were flowing down my face," she wrote.
Describing it as part of her inward journey, the actress added that the meeting filled her heart with gratitude and left her with a memory she would cherish forever.
