Adani Group Reports Rs 2.92 Lakh Crore Revenue in FY26, Unveils Expansion Across Energy, Ports and Aviation

Ahmedabad- Gautam Adani, Chairman of Adani Group, on Wednesday said the conglomerate delivered another year of steady growth and strong execution in FY2025-26, with its consolidated portfolio revenue rising to Rs 2.92 lakh crore, marking a 7.4 per cent year-on-year increase.

Addressing shareholders at the Group's 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM), Adani said the company has positioned itself to stay ahead of future challenges rather than simply responding to them.

Highlighting the performance of Adani Energy Solutions, he said its transmission order book has grown to Rs 72,000 crore. The company secured several key projects, including the Khavda South-Olpad HVDC transmission line, strengthening its position as India's only private-sector player with proven High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) capabilities.

In the power sector, Adani Power is executing what Adani described as India's largest-ever private-sector power capital expenditure programme, worth more than Rs 2 lakh crore. The company aims to expand its generation capacity to 45 GW over the next five years.

He also announced a partnership with Druk Green Power Corporation to jointly develop 5,000 MW of hydropower projects in Bhutan.

Adani said the Group has also entered the nuclear energy sector through Adani Atomic Energy. With land already identified and a target of building 10 GW of capacity by 2035, the company aims to support India's long-term clean energy needs with reliable round-the-clock power.

In the city gas distribution business, Adani Total Gas crossed the milestone of 1.1 million piped natural gas (PNG) household connections. Adani added that the company is accelerating its PNG expansion plans in response to rising demand amid the current geopolitical environment.

The Group's ports business also recorded a major milestone. Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone handled more than 500 million tonnes of cargo during FY26, putting it on track to achieve its target of handling one billion tonnes annually by 2030.

Adani said the company's integrated network of ports, special economic zones, logistics infrastructure and maritime services continues to strengthen India's trade ecosystem by improving efficiency and reducing logistics costs.

He also highlighted the performance of Vizhinjam International Seaport, which handled more than one million TEUs in its first year of operations. According to him, this is the fastest such achievement by any Indian port and reflects India's growing importance in global transshipment.

In the aviation sector, the Group marked two significant achievements with the inauguration of Navi Mumbai International Airport and the new integrated terminal at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport by Narendra Modi.

Adani said the Navi Mumbai airport, which began operations in December 2025, has a planned capacity of 90 million passengers and was completed in just over four years. He also noted that both airports were recently included among the world's seven most beautiful airports.

Speaking about digital infrastructure, Adani said the Group's data centre business is progressing towards building a 3 GW platform by 2030. He highlighted a binding memorandum of understanding with Google for a gigawatt-scale data centre in Visakhapatnam, adding that leading technology companies, including Microsoft, Uber and Flipkart, have also partnered with the Group.
