Mumbai: Actress Elnaaz Norouzi says yoga and music have become her biggest sources of peace, helping her stay balanced despite a demanding schedule filled with travel and performances.
Ahead of International Day of Yoga and World Music Day on June 21, Elnaaz reflected on the important role both practices play in her personal and professional life.
The actress is also set to begin a new phase in her musical journey with Hua, her Hindi singing debut alongside Jubin Nautiyal.

Speaking about the significance of yoga and music, Elnaaz said both bring her a similar sense of peace by encouraging mindfulness and a deeper connection with oneself.
She shared that her profession often involves constant travel, performances and a fast-paced lifestyle, making yoga an essential way to restore balance, while music allows her to express emotions that are difficult to put into words.

Calling this year particularly special, Elnaaz said she is excited to celebrate International Yoga Day while simultaneously launching her Hindi singing career with Hua. She added that, much like yoga, music has the ability to heal, inspire and unite people.
The actress also revealed that she will be part of a special Yoga Day celebration in Delhi and expressed hope that everyone discovers a practice—whether yoga, music or something else—that brings them happiness, inner peace and emotional balance.
On the acting front, Elnaaz rose to fame with her portrayal of Zoya Mirza in the acclaimed Sacred Games and has since appeared in several films and OTT projects.
