
Deoghar. A Janata Darbar was organised under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Saurabh Kumar Bhuvaniya to address public grievances and ensure their speedy resolution. People from both urban and rural areas of the district attended the programme and placed issues related to land acquisition and compensation payment, Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana, PM Kisan Yojana, PM Vishwakarma Yojana, land revenue, pension and housing before the Deputy Commissioner.During the public hearing, the Deputy Commissioner listened to each complainant individually and assured them that all cases would be examined and resolved at the earliest. Several issues related to ration cards, pension, revenue matters and Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana were resolved on the spot by the concerned departments.
The Deputy Commissioner directed officials to conduct physical verification of all applications and complaints received during the Janata Darbar and ensure their prompt disposal. He specifically instructed officials dealing with land acquisition matters to work sensitively and ensure that people are not forced to make repeated visits to government offices.He also stressed the need to connect more eligible beneficiaries with the PM Vishwakarma Yojana. At the same time, all Circle Officers were instructed to take strict action against illegal encroachment on government land.The Deputy Commissioner further directed all departments concerned to submit progress reports within a week after taking immediate action on the complaints received during the Janata Darbar so that regular monitoring of the cases can be ensured.Additional Collector Hira Kumar, Executive Magistrate Om Priyadarshi, ADSS Sarita Bharti, Assistant Public Relations Officer Rohit Kumar Vidyarthi and officials and staff from various departments were present on the occasion.
