Sharad Yadav and Shatrughan Sinha meet Lalu to chalk out strategies for Bihar polls

Ranchi: To clear all the bottlenecks in the Mahagathbandhan in Bihar former Rajya Sabha MP Sharad Yadav and former Union Minister and Congress leader Shatrughan Sinha met jailed former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav at the paying ward of RIMS.

Talking to the media Mr Sinha said that he had come to know about the well being of the leader as he was also their family friend. He said that despite his health not being good the desire in Mr Yadav to live a good life was very strong.

On asked as to whether he had held talks over getting into Rajya Sabha from Bihar he said that he has no such intentions and any decision will be taken unitedly.

The former MP also extended his best wishes to Arvind Kejriwal who will take oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi and said that arrogance and false propaganda has been defeated in Delhi.

On the other hand, he said that opposition unity was important in Bihar as if they will fail to come together than someone else will get the benefit.

On the other hand, Mr Shard Yadav said that there were no hard feelings among the allies in Mahagathbandhan which was completely united and will strongly contest the assembly elections in the state. When asked whether Tejaswi Yadav will be the face of Chief Minister for Bihar elections he said that there were no such talks and any decision in this regard will be taken together.

RJD's national general secretary Qamre Aalam who also met his leader said that in Bihar under RJD the new government will be formed. He said that Tejaswi Yadav will lead the campaign in the polls while Tajpratap will also have an important role to play.
