Money sent from Delhi now reaches in full to the people: Raghubar

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das said under the BJP government the Re 1 which travels from Delhi completely reaches the people.

Addressing the party workers and booth level workers meet of the North Chottanagpur division he quoted former Prime Minister late Rajeev Gandhi who had once said that Re 1 which travels from Delhi turns out to be just 15 paisa in the hands of the people.

He said that there was a difference between the government’s of the BJP and the Congress and it was the Congress that turned Jharkhand into a laboratory and did many scams. However five years ago the people voted for a strong government due to which an untainted government was in power.

He said that compared to the polls of 2014 the BJP got larger majority in 2019 and by rejecting all experts the party won 12 seats out of 14 in the state which was only achieved due to the hard work of the workers and now the same commitment and dedication has to be shown so that the party can achieve its target of winning more than 65 seats.

Mr Das said that Jharkhand was once known for its corruption and political instability but after 2014 not a single allegation of corruption has been levelled on the government.

Mr Das said that to reach at the top the workers in BJP need not born in a particular family and even a person from a poor family can become the Prime Minister or the Chief Minister which was not possible in any other party. He said that in BJP there was no room for dynasty, family or communal politics.
