Soren family became Zamindar by purchasing land of tribals on throw away prices: Raghubar

Godda: Chief Minister Raghubar Das once again attacked the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and claimed that the Soren family went on to become Zamindars by purchasing the land of the tribals at throwaway prices.

Addressing a series of public meetings in this district as part of Johar Jan Aashirwad Yatra he said that once again a coalition is being formed for looting the state and said that a similar alliance was formed during the Lok Sabha polls but people voted the BJP back into the power with the greater majority.

He urged the people two once again vote for a double engine government in Jharkhand as BJP believes in the politics of taking everyone together.

He said that the Santhal Pargana region is being linked with road air and waterways and pointed out the example of the construction of the port in Sahibganj airport in Deoghar and rail connectivity for Godda district.

He said that the state government is of the view that progress of any state is assessed on the basis of its facilities of commutation and therefore the government has accorded special focus on this and the process needed to be taken forward for which people needed to rise above casteism and communism and work together.

He said that for decades the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and the Congress ruled over the Santhal Pargana region but they did nothing for the development of the area.

Mr Das said that there are various advantages of stable and permanent government as it gives speed to development and it was due to a stable government that power has reached in every home in the state, poor have become free from smoke in their homes and are been provided Health Insurance worth Rs 5 lakh and toilets are being also constructed.

He said that all the schemes of the state government are being framed keeping into centre the welfare of the poor farmer women villagers and youth. He said that Jharkhand was the only state in the country which was providing not only free LPG stove but also second refill of the cylinder under the Ujjwala Yojana and by December three lakh more families would be linked with the scheme.

He said that from the funds of the 14th Finance Commission work for putting up street light in the villages construction of roads through Paver blocks and drinking water supply through solar energy is being undertaken and in many villages this facility has been provided and in the remaining villages the facility would be available by October 15th.

He said that it was due to the tremendous majority given by the people of the country that article 370 and 35A which were a hindrance to the development of Jammu and Kashmir and encourage the separatists has been scrapped and now rule of the nation will be implemented in the state which will help to bring prosperity and development.

Mr Das said that for the honour of the sisters hailing from the Muslim community the central government declared triple talaq illegal and called upon the men from the community regarding the ill effects of the triple talaq.
