Mohonpur Tigers, Paradise Super Kings and Kailash Fighter dominate thrilling matches at KKN Stadium

Deoghar:The eighth day of the Late Bardhan Khawade Trophy at the local KKN Stadium witnessed explosive batting and high-scoring encounters on Tuesday. Spectators enjoyed a rain of boundaries and sixes as Kailash Fighter, Mohonpur Tigers and Paradise Super Kings secured convincing victories in their respective matches.

Kailash Fighter registers second consecutive win
In the opening match of the day, Maa Mansa Orange Lions won the toss and elected to bat first. The team posted 104 runs for seven wickets in 10 overs. Shakti Dubey played a blistering knock of 45 runs off just 16 balls with the help of two fours and five massive sixes. Pankaj Vajpayee bowled effectively for Kailash Fighter.
Chasing the target of 105 runs, Kailash Fighter reached 109 for five in only 8.1 overs and won the match by five wickets. Manish Pandey smashed 35 runs off 11 balls, while captain Ujjwal Kumar contributed 29 runs off 14 balls. Salu claimed two wickets for Maa Mansa Orange Lions but could not prevent the defeat.

Mohonpur Tigers pile up massive total
The second match saw Mohonpur Tigers dominate with the bat. Batting first, the team scored a huge 151 runs for four wickets in 10 overs. Mithlesh Mehra made 35 runs, while captain Sumit Kumar hammered 35 runs off 13 balls. Anjan Singh also played an explosive innings of 29 runs off just nine deliveries. Amar Kumar added quick finishing touches with an unbeaten 22 runs off five balls.
In reply, Trikal XI managed 123 runs for seven wickets in their allotted 10 overs and lost the match by 28 runs. Loknath Kumar scored 42 runs off 16 balls, while Tripurari contributed 37 runs off 11 balls, but their efforts were not enough against the massive target.

Sandeep powers Paradise Super Kings to victory
The final and highest-scoring match of the day witnessed Mishra XI posting a strong total of 144 runs for six wickets in 10 overs. Vikram Rai starred with a brilliant 56-run innings off just 19 balls, hitting five fours and five sixes. Avinash also chipped in with 30 runs.Chasing 145 runs, Paradise Super Kings played fearless cricket from the start. Opening batter Sandeep stole the show with a match-winning 64 runs off 22 balls, smashing three fours and eight towering sixes. Abhimanyu Kumar and Parvez Sheikh added quick unbeaten runs in the end to guide the team to 146 for five in just 8.4 overs. Paradise Super Kings won the match by five wickets.

Players honoured after the matches
After the conclusion of the matches, organising committee vice-president Naveen Kumar Sharma encouraged the players on the field and presented trophies to the Man of the Match winners. Spectators present at the stadium applauded the players and cheered throughout the exciting contests.
