Ranchi: The government has taken action against Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam's PS, State Administrative Service officer Sanjeev Lal. The government has suspended him with immediate effect.
After the consent of Chief Minister Champai Soren, the Personnel Department has issued a notification regarding this.
On May 6, ED had seized Rs 35 crore from Sanjeev Lal's servant Jahangir.
ED officials had recovered Rs 2 lakh in cash from his chamber located at Project Bhawan.
Sanjeev Lal's wife was also interrogated by ED on Thursday regarding this.
