DC holds review meeting on matters related to land acquisition, directs to pay remaining amount of Bharat Mala project in seven days

Ranchi: Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha held an important meeting on matters related to land acquisition in which senior officials of the district administration and those from concerned departments were present

The Deputy Commissioner while reviewing the cases of acquisition and payment in various projects related to land acquisition directed the circle Officer Ormanjhi to pay the remaining Rs 29 crore 95 lakh in the Bharat Mala project by 12/03/23.

Further the District Land Acquisition Officer to provide the list of amount paid to PD, NHAI and NHAI Project Director for construction of road as soon as possible by removing the structure located in service road in Mauja Tamar under National Highway. Instructions were given to to pay the balance amount in Etlahatu Mauza after legal consultation.

The District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi was directed to find a solution after meeting with the villagers regarding the problem of obstruction in the road construction coming up at 24 km from Vikas Vidyalaya to the additional ring road under Rampur. 

Along with the project director from his level PIU Ranchi was instructed to coordinate with the villagers and find a solution. He asked for speeding up the payment of compensation from NH- 23 Piska to Palma Asro, an amount of Rs 10 crore was directed to be paid in the next seven days.

Along with this, due to the non-cooperation of the chief of Jaria, the Deputy Development Commissioner, Ranchi instructed to set up a camp to communicate with the rayats and settle the issue. Along with this, the Deputy Magistrate Sanjay Kumar was given necessary directions to immediately remove the structure located on the District Board’s land located near the Patrachauli toll plaza construction site.

Instructions were given to speed up compensation payment and construction work on elevated road, flyover construction work, Bargain- Bodeya road, Argora-Kathal Mod road widening work. The Deputy Commissioner after reviewing the matters related to land acquisition in all the various projects, directed all the concerned officers and officials to speed up all these and complete them.
