Ranchi: A fresh Western Disturbance that is brewing over northern India is likely to impact Jharkhand’s weather around Friday, said a bulletin issued by IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre.
Weathermen said a partly cloudy sky is expected on Friday, February 17 in southeast and northeast parts while mainly clear sky in the remaining parts of the state.
Ranchi Met Centre issued an alert of rain and thundershowers at several places on Friday. On Saturday, February 18 a partly cloudy sky is expected in the southeast and northeastern parts.
Weathermen said currently no significant synoptic condition prevails over Jharkhand. Northwesterly and the northerly wind were prevailing over the state.
The wind will continue to fluctuate between northwesterly and northerly in the next 48- hours.
