Make progress in creating man-days - Rajeshwari B

Ranchi: MNREGA Commissioner Rajeshwari B held a virtual meeting with the project officers of all the districts for the successful implementation of the schemes operated under MNREGA. She directed them to complete the schemes on time and to provide direct benefits to the villagers and also took district-wise information about the ongoing schemes. 

She instructed to bring necessary progress in major schemes of MNREGA such as Birsa Green Village  Scheme, Veer Shaheed Poto Ho Development Scheme, Anganwadi Schemes so that maximum employment is created and the schemes are implemented on a large scale. 

She said that site inspection of the schemes would also be done. In the meeting, the MNREGA Commissioner instructed to complete all the pending schemes under MNREGA. Also, the MNREGA Commissioner directed all the concerned officers to work towards completing all the schemes as soon as possible by preparing a proper work draft in a planned manner.

She instructed to get 100 percent Aadhaar seeding of active laborers under MNREGA scheme. After observing the earlier pending schemes she directed to complete them on priority basis. At the same time she also directed to upload the evidence of pending ATR on priority basis.

During the meeting, MNREGA Commissioner Rajeshwari B also directed to expedite the completion of Veer Shaheed Poto Ho Sports Development Scheme. She directed to get the construction done by the local labourers within the stipulated time. In Giridih, Koderma, Pakur and Simdega districts, the concerned project officers were directed to complete the construction work as soon as possible by giving orders to the concerned project officials.

During the review of MNREGA work by MNREGA Commissioner the plans for the financial year 2019-20 were also reviewed.
