CM asking for advice from students over phone on recruitment policy

Ranchi: It has been more than two months since the Jharkhand High Court struck down the recruitment policy. The government had assured the youth of the state to bring a new employment policy within two months, but that too did not materialize. Now the Chief Minister is calling the candidates and taking their advice on what to do on the appointment process. Yes, do not be surprised.

In the voice of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, many such candidates have received calls that what should be done to start the recruitment process. They are also giving options to the candidates. After receiving such calls, hope has arisen among the unemployed of the state. The Chief Minister’s call has become a topic of discussion among the youth of the state. 

The state government is serious about the planning policy. It wants to implement it as soon as possible. Along with this, the government is also wishing that this time the recruitment policy should not come in controversies. That is why the candidates are being called directly and advice is being taken as to what to do. Actually, a recorded call comes in Chief Minister’s voice. A message is sent to the candidates before this call is received.

The call comes after the message: It is told in the voice of Chief Minister Hemant Soren that the government wants to start the recruitment process but does not want to go to the Supreme Court for the planning policy.

What should it do to wait for 1932 Khaitan-based local policy to be included in the ninth schedule or make appointment based on 2016 recruitment policy. The division bench of Chief Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad had canceled the recruitment policy of the Jharkhand government on 16 December 2023. Earlier, the bench had reserved its decision on September 7, 2022 after the completion of the hearing in the case. 

While giving the verdict, the court had said that ‘Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Graduate Level Examination Conduct Amendment Rules-2021’ is unconstitutional. This manual is in violation of the provisions of Article-14 and 16 of the Indian Constitution. This rule of the government does not meet the constitutional provisions, hence it is repealed. Along with this, all the appointments made by this manual and the ongoing appointment process are also cancelled.
