Ranchi: The hearing on the High Court’s suo motu cognizance in the case of the death of three people in the trolley accident in Trikut Hills of Deoghar was held in the Jharkhand High Court. The next hearing of the case will be on January 14, 2023.
Earlier the court appeared dissatisfied with the reply filed by the state government. The court has directed the government to file a reply in the matter again. In this case a report was submitted to the court on behalf of BIT Mesra and Cimfr.
The court had said that the state government had been asked to form a committee and submit the report. The hearing of the case took place in a division bench headed by the Chief Justice of the High Court, Dr Ravi Ranjan.
