DC reviews land acquisition for various projects

Ranchi: A review meeting related to land revenue was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Rahul Kumar Sinha. Additional Collector Ranchi, Sub-Divisional Officer Bundu, Deputy Collector Land Reforms, all Zonal Officers of the district and other concerned officers/ personnel were present in the meeting organized in the Deputy Commissioner Auditorium.

In the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Rahu updated the status regarding the transfer of land to various agencies and inter-departmental land of the Government of India and Jharkhand Government, pending filing-dismissal, land demarcation, pending certificate cases, illegal jamabandi, different agencies from Jungle Jhar land. 

Necessary guidelines were given while reviewing the related clearances and FRA and courts of different level revenue officials. In the meeting, the transfer of land to various departments of the Government of India and the State Government was first reviewed by the Deputy Commissioner.

The Deputy Commissioner inquired about the zone-wise updated status of the requisition received for land transfer. The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned Zonal Officer to send the proposal after marking the land while giving the necessary guidelines. 

During the review of the land requisition for the police station buildings, the Deputy Commissioner said that the land requisition was done for the police station buildings in view of the future, it is very important for law and order in the coming days, he said that the police station buildings for which the land has been marked Complete the same and send the proposal as soon as possible.

The ongoing project of the National Highway in the district and the updated status of land acquisition and payment for Kantatoli flyover construction was also reviewed by the Deputy Commissioner. The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned Zonal Officer to proceed with the process of mutation of government and acquired land under Palma- Gumla section.

Zone-wise review of land demarcation, succession partition/ mutation, etc was also done by the Deputy Commissioner in the meeting. While reviewing the cases related to mutation, the Deputy Commissioner directed all the Circle Officers to settle the executable cases within the stipulated time. He said that cases of mutation of more than 90 days should be executed as soon as possible.

The issue of income, and residential caste certificate was also reviewed by the Deputy Commissioner in the meeting. He said that all the zones should conduct their court proceedings regularly.
