Ranchi: On the directions of Chief Minister Hemant Soren a divyang woman who spotted begging on the Harmu road of the capital has been provided shelter inside an old age home and she has been also provided with a wheelchair.
Ranchi DC informed the Chief Minister that the woman has been provided a wheelchair and has been shifted to the old age home located at Hesag where arrangements for her food and shelter have been made. Further for winters, she has been given warm clothes and blankets.
The Chief Minister was informed on his social media that an old woman who had been left by her son was begging at Sahjanand Chowk after which the Chief Minister directed the Ranchi DC to take care of the woman.
