Los Angeles: Actress Carmen Electra has joked that her pet poodle, Bambi Lion Electra, is giving her serious competition in the fashion department after receiving an impressive collection of luxury designer outfits and accessories.
The actress created an Instagram account for her beloved dog in February, and since then, the fashionable pooch has been showered with gifts from top luxury brands, including Gucci outfits and Louis Vuitton bags.
Speaking to People magazine, Electra described Bambi as her "everything" and said, "She's so smart, and she's so cute, and everyone's been so generous. They're sending her Gucci outfits, Louis Vuitton bags, so she's got a better wardrobe than I do at this point."

She also revealed the story behind her pet's unique name. "I named her Bambi, and her middle name is Lion because she's a Leo. So she's Bambi Lion Electra, and she has her own Instagram page," she said.
Since introducing Bambi to her followers earlier this year, Electra has regularly shared videos of the stylish poodle modelling her growing collection of clothes and accessories.
The actress admitted she has become so attached to the breed that she's already planning to expand her furry family.
"I'm already going to get another one. I'm obsessed. Pretty soon I'll have a poodle posse. I want one in every colour. I love poodles," she said, adding that Bambi is calm, rarely barks and sleeps through the night, making her "such a good girl."
In a separate interview earlier this month, Electra reflected on a major turning point in her acting career, revealing that filmmaker Keenen Ivory Wayans strongly supported her casting in Scary Movie despite doubts from others involved in the project.
She recalled that while some questioned whether she could play Drew Decker, Wayans remained confident in her abilities and fought for her to land the role.
Electra credited his faith in her talent with changing the course of her career, saying that appearing in Scary Movie opened new opportunities in Hollywood.
The actress also noted that Wayans co-wrote Scary Movie 6 alongside Shawn Wayans, Marlon Wayans, Craig Wayans and Rick Alvarez.
