Janhvi Kapoor becomes Maniesh Paul’s ‘rickshaw driver’ on the sets of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari

Mumbai — Actor-host Maniesh Paul on Tuesday gave fans a glimpse of a fun moment from the sets of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, where Janhvi Kapoor playfully turned into his rickshaw driver.

In the behind-the-scenes video shared on Instagram, Janhvi is seen driving an auto-rickshaw while Maniesh sits at the back, laughing. He jokes, “I’m an expensive man, so I’ve hired a new rickshaw driver—yes, you’re thinking right.”

Sharing the clip, Maniesh captioned: “Kuku’s ride just got an upgrade… and the driver is Tulsi Kumari herself! We had such a blast shooting #ssktk @janhvikapoor … meanwhile the other rickshaw was driven by @varundvn! #mp #film #shoot #fun #bts.”

Janhvi responded quickly to the post with a cheeky comment: “Best riksha driver.”

Just a few days ago, co-star Varun Dhawan had also shared a hilarious BTS video of Janhvi getting her makeup done while lying in bed, followed by her performing the hook step from their song Bijuria. He captioned it: “Meri Tulsi perfect hai.”

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is a romantic drama set against the backdrop of a lavish Indian wedding. The film features Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Akshay Oberoi, and Maniesh Paul in pivotal roles. Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, it is slated to release on October 2, 2025.

The story follows the mischievous Sunny, who falls for the witty Tulsi, sparking a love triangle as Ananya secretly admires Sunny and Vikram vies for Tulsi while being drawn to Ananya.
