Ranchi: Two former cabinet ministers of the state who are lodged behind the bars in separate cases including Bandhu Tirkey and Gopal Krishna Patar alias Raja Peter filed their nominations from Mandar and Tamar seats where polls will be held in the second phase on December 7.
While Tirkey is the JVM(P) candidate from Mandar (ST) seat Raja Peter is contesting as an independent from Tamar (ST) seat. After filing the nominations Bandhu accused the state government of deliberately harassing him.
