CM lays foundation and inaugurates schemes worth Rs 121 crore in Karbindha of Ramgarh

Dumka: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das inaugurated and laid foundation stones for schemes worth Rs 121 crore in Karbindha of Ramgarh of this district.

Speaking during the function which was organised on this occasion he said that he had come to fulfill his promise which he had made to the people few months ago.

Mr Das said that in his previous visit the people had demanded for road to which to which he had assured that soon their demands would be fulfilled and time has come when the foundation has been laid for the project and the road would be constructed at a cost of Rs 44. 33 Crore.

He added that in the last five years the state government has laid a network of roads in the Santhal Pargana teacher and has constructed many new bridges and culverts.

He said that in order to make the women of the state economically empowered very soon they would be linked with ready to eat meal and the woman of Shakti mandals would not only prepare the meal but also supply them to Anganwadi centers.

The Chief Minister said that the state government was working with complete dedication to fulfill the dream of the prime minister to double the income of the farmers by the year 2022.

During the program a beneficiary of Ayushman Bharat Yojana Ganesh Tatwa narrated his experience that how the scheme came to his rescue after he had suffered a leg injury and needed Rs 20,000 as immediate payment to get his treatment done.

The Chief Minister expressed his satisfaction over his experience and said that he was happy with the fact that the poor now do not have to keep their land jewelry mortgage for money and people are getting their treatment done in metros of the country in all the listed Government and private hospitals up to Rs 5 lakh.

In her address, Dumka DC Rajeshwari B said that the district administration was working with dedication to ensure that the schemes of the state government reach to the last person in the society.
