Koderma: In a draconian decision taken by the panchayat held at Dengodih village a woman was stripped and her hairs were chopped off after she was accused of having an extramarital affair with her nephew.
Koderma SP M Tamilvahnan said that in this case an FIR against 11 accused has been registered out of which two have been arrested. The arrested have been identified as Sandeep Sao and Santosh Sao.
The SP said that the woman was accused of having an illicit relationship with her nephew for the last 3-4 months due to which a panchayat was also held in the village in which the victim was also beaten up by the fellow women and her hairs were also chopped off.
On the other hand police sources said that the woman has filed a complaint in the police station regarding her harassment and undue advantage taken by her nephew.
