Bokaro: Police has managed to arrest a hardcore dacoit from Maraphari Police Station area of this district who was wanted in more than 35 cases of dacoity and loot registered in Dhanbad, Giridih, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh and Ranchi districts. Bokaro SP P Murugan said that the arrested has been identified as Danish alias Akhtar.
He said that Danish who hails from Jarangdih of BTPS Police Station area of this district. The SP said that the dacoit lived in a rented accommodation in Dumro under Marafari Police Station area and use to execute the crimes.
He said that two country-made pistols. 15 live cartridges, 77 mobiles, 12 tabs and other items have been recovered. The SP said that the Danish use to target agents of finance companies.
