Gas tanker over turns on NH-31, hits traffic movement on Ranchi-Patna road

Koderma: Traffic movement on the NH-31 Ranchi-Patna road was adversely hit as a gas tanker overturned resulting in gas leakage near Jamsoti Nala of this district.

The gas tanker was on its way to Fatuwa of Bihar from Haldia. The gas tanker of Bharat Gas overturned near Bagitand and feel 15 feet below the road after which gas started leaking out. The police immediately stopped traffic movement on the road and also alerted the fire brigade.

Due to the road blocked a traffic jam of 8 kilometers was witnessed on both sides of the road giving a tough time to the commuters especially those with family and little children.
