
Ranchi: Dr Mayank Murari, noted author, management expert and speaker on Indian knowledge traditions, has been conferred the ‘Best Management Guru Award 2026’ by Manavadhikar Today, Patna, for his contribution to literature, management, Indian knowledge traditions and social initiatives.
The award was announced on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. As Dr Murari could not travel to Patna due to unavoidable circumstances, the award was received on his behalf by Dr Jung Bahadur Pandey, former Head of the Department of Hindi at Ranchi University.
Dr Pandey later felicitated Dr Murari at his residence in Tapovan, Laxmi Nagar, Ratu Road, Ranchi, presenting him with the award, memento, bouquet, angavastram and a copy of Sundarkand.
Expressing his gratitude, Dr Murari said, “This is not merely an honour for me; it is an honour for Bharat-Bharati and the Hindi language. I will continue to serve literature, Hindi and the Indian knowledge tradition throughout my life.”
Dr Murari holds a master’s degree in Political Science and has also studied Rural Development, Management, Public Relations and Journalism. He earned his PhD on the subject ‘Alternative Means of Development’. His published works include Humanism and Polity, India: An Eternal Nation, Jharkhand Folk Tales, Lok Jeevan, Divya Jeevan, Sanatan Utsav Ka Desh, The Tribal Braveheart and In Search of Meaning in Life.
His articles on Indian philosophy, spirituality, management and social issues have appeared in several leading newspapers. He also regularly delivers lectures on personality development, motivation, communication and Indian knowledge traditions at educational institutions.
Dr Murari has previously received several honours, including the Srijan Samman, Tulsi Samman, Shabd Shilpi Samman, Jharkhand Gaurav Samman and Jharkhand Ratna Samman.
Dr Pandey congratulated Dr Murari and wished him continued success, expressing the hope that he would keep making meaningful contributions to society, literature and the Hindi language.
