Deoghar Municipal Corporation Approves 4% Honorarium Hike for Para Teachers

Deoghar: The Education Committee of the Deoghar Municipal Corporation, at its meeting held in the corporation auditorium on Friday, approved a proposal to increase the honorarium of para teachers (assistant teachers) by 4 percent.The meeting focused on strengthening the education system in the municipal area and deliberated on several key issues related to educational development.Presiding over the meeting, Mayor Ravi Kumar Raut said teachers play a vital role in shaping the future of children and building society. He described the honorarium hike as a significant step towards recognising the dedication and contribution of para teachers while strengthening their rights and welfare.The meeting was attended by members of the Education Committee, municipal officials and other concerned authorities. Several other measures aimed at improving the quality of education in the municipal area were also discussed.
