
Deoghar:A Janata Darbar was organized under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Saurabh Kumar Bhuvaniya to ensure the prompt resolution and disposal of public grievances. During the program, residents from both urban and rural areas of the district presented issues related to land acquisition and compensation payment, the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana, PM Vishwakarma Yojana, land revenue, pensions, and housing schemes.The Deputy Commissioner listened to each complaint individually and assured the applicants that all cases would be thoroughly examined and resolved at the earliest. Several issues related to ration card name additions, pensions, revenue matters, and the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana were resolved on the spot by the concerned departments.
During the hearing, a woman resident from Jatahi Mor submitted an application regarding a health-related issue. Acting promptly, the Deputy Commissioner directed the Civil Surgeon to ensure proper treatment for her at Sadar Hospital. He also instructed the Block Development Officer to take necessary steps to link the woman with pension and housing schemes.Regarding land acquisition matters, the Deputy Commissioner issued clear instructions to the concerned officials and staff to ensure time-bound resolution of public grievances. He said that whenever beneficiaries require copies of official orders, they should be provided within the stipulated time so that people do not have to make repeated visits to government offices. He also directed the Circle Offices and Land Acquisition Offices to work in coordination with each other.Several complaints related to different departments were received during the Janata Darbar. The Deputy Commissioner instructed the concerned officials to conduct physical verification of all cases and ensure their early disposal. He also directed all Circle Officers to take strict action against encroachment on government land.Further, the Deputy Commissioner instructed officials to take immediate action on complaints received during the Janata Darbar and submit progress reports to the Deputy Commissioner’s office within a week to enable regular monitoring of the cases. Additional Collector Heera Kumar, Executive Magistrate Om Priyadarshi, ADSS Sarita Bharti, Assistant Public Relations Officer Rohit Kumar Vidyarthi, along with officials and staff from various departments, were present on the occasion.
