
Ramgarh: In a move to address drinking water problems more efficiently, the district administration has set up a dedicated control room for quick grievance redressal in rural areas. The facility has been established at the office of the Executive Engineer, Drinking Water and Sanitation Division, Ramgarh, following directions from the Deputy Commissioner.
Through this control room, residents can easily register complaints related to drinking water supply, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
The control room is being managed by a team of officials, including Nodal Officer Nirikhil Ranjan Kumar, Head Clerk Sanjay Kumar, along with Nagendra Kumar Paswan and Dhiraj Khalkho.
