Ranchi: The body of a young man was found near Ranchi Nursing Home in Bariyatu police station area on Thursday morning.
The youth has been identified as Alok Kumar alias Kanha.
He lived on the water tank side of PHD Colony, Booti Mode.
According to the information, Alok Kumare was missing for the last three days.
The family members searched for him extensively, but no trace of him could be found.
His body was found near Ranchi Nursing Home on Thursday morning.
After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem and are engaged in further investigation.
Looking at the dead body, prima facie it appears that Alok Kumar was murdered and his body was thrown away.
