Seraikela: Chief Minister Hemant Soren reached Dhadkidih which is his ‘Nanihaal’ located in Chandil block to attend a wedding ceremony with the entire family. There was a reception party for the wedding of Dharam Kisku, the younger son of his maternal uncle Lakhicharan Kisku in his Nanihal on Tuesday. Dharam Kisku was married on Monday.
On Tuesday afternoon, former Chief Minister Shibu Soren reached his in-law's house with the whole family. Along with him, his wife Rupi Soren, daughter-in-law, and children also reached Dhadkidih. About an hour after their arrival, Chief Minister Hemant Soren also reached his maternal grandfather’s home by road.
On reaching his Nanihaal, he was given a guard of honor by the district administration. On reaching Dhadkidih, Dishome Guru Shibu Soren and Chief Minister Hemant Soren were welcomed in a traditional manner. After this, the Chief Minister met maternal uncles and other family members one by one and inquired about their well-being from all.
On the occasion, family members including Dishome Guru Shibu Soren, Rupi Soren, and Chief Minister Hemant Soren blessed the newly married couple and wished them a successful married life. A large number of guests including the whip of the ruling party in the assembly Mangal Kalindi, Chief Minister’s brother cum MLA Bansat Soren, Chief Minister’s sister-in-law cum MLA Sita Soren, MLA Savita Mahto, MLA Sanjeev Sardar and JMM leaders-workers and in large numbers were present.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren also met the common people. During this demand letter related to the problems of many people was handed over to him. He listened to their problems and assured the people to solve them. After meeting the family members in Nanihaal, he went to the ongoing reception party and talked to the people. He also had food sitting together with the guests.
