We changed the system prevailing for 20 years, that’s why the opposition is upset: CM

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who reached Gumla as part of the Khatiyani Johar Yatra, lashed out at the former governments. He has said that for the last five, 10, 15, 20 years people used to get tired of going around the block office for their rights but his government has changed this system.

The previous government had brought 1985, they did the work of bringing the OBC reservation to 14 percent but his government has got the 1932 Khatiyan Bill and the OBC 27 percent reservation bill passed by the assembly.

For the first time, the government has sent the administration to the doorsteps of the people and arranged for the education of the youth and honoured the people who were deprived of their rights for years by connecting them with the schemes but seeing all this, the anti-Jharkhand opposition is upset.

In the program when the Chief Minister was sitting on the stage made in the assembly, then his eyes fell on Madhu Mansuri, honoured with Padma Shri, sitting with other artists below the stage. 

The Chief Minister himself immediately got down from the stage and took Madhu Mansuri up on the stage and made him sit. This incident became the focal point of the discussion. The people present in the gathering appreciated the act of the Chief Minister.
