Reality TV personality Rakhi Sawant has once again grabbed attention with a candid revelation about her personal life, sharing that she has fallen in love—but with a twist.
Speaking to the media during a recent outing in Mumbai, Rakhi openly admitted her feelings, saying, “I’ve fallen in love.” When asked directly if she was referring to actor Raqesh Bapat, she responded with a cultural nuance, noting that in her Maharashtrian tradition, women don’t take the names of the men they love. However, she quickly added a reality check: “Don’t raise your hopes, it is one-sided.”
Raqesh Bapat, known for his early television success with shows like Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan and later Qubool Hai, has maintained a steady presence in the entertainment industry. He also appeared in the film Tum Bin, directed by Anubhav Sinha, which helped him gain recognition among cinema audiences.
Beyond acting, Bapat has explored reality television, notably participating in Bigg Boss OTT, where his composed personality and personal life became a talking point. Interestingly, he is also a trained painter and has exhibited his artwork professionally, adding an artistic dimension to his public persona.
Meanwhile, Rakhi continues to remain in the spotlight for her outspoken nature and headline-making statements. Recently, comedian Samay Raina mentioned her in his stand-up special Still Alive, revealing that she was among the very few who reached out to him during a controversy surrounding India’s Got Latent, which also involved podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia.
With her latest confession, Rakhi once again proves why she remains one of the most talked-about personalities in the entertainment space.
