Malaika Arora Says Working on Yo Yo Honey Singh’s ‘Chillgum’ Was 'An Absolute Blast'

Mumbai – Actor and dancer Malaika Arora has teamed up with Yo Yo Honey Singh for the much-awaited music video of his Bhojpuri hit “Chillgum.” The glamorous collaboration has generated a buzz among fans, with Malaika calling the experience of shooting for the energetic number “an absolute blast.”

Sharing her excitement, Malaika said, “Working on ‘Chillgum’ was an absolute blast – it’s bold, full of attitude, and pure fun. Yo Yo Honey Singh’s energy is so infectious that you can’t help but match his vibe when you’re on set.”

Describing the track as the perfect mix of fun and flair, she added, “This song has that perfect blend of glamour, groove, and madness — the kind that instantly lifts your mood. It let me explore a more playful, carefree side on screen, and I think audiences are going to feel that energy too.”

The music video, directed by Mihir Gulati, also showcases Ragini Vishwakarma’s signature touch of creativity and visual flair. Yo Yo Honey Singh has composed the track, with lyrics penned by Hommie Dilliwala, Nanku, and Arjun Ajnabee. The video is now streaming exclusively on T-Series’ YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, Honey Singh has also dropped another dance number, “Jhoom Sharaabi,” from the upcoming film De Pyaar De 2, starring Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Rakul Preet Singh.

Sung and composed by Honey Singh himself, the track has been choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, with lyrics written by the rapper.

Speaking about “Jhoom Sharaabi,” Honey Singh said, “This song sets the mood the moment it drops! I wanted to create a track that gets everyone on the dance floor — from the cool uncles to the crazy cousins.”

Recounting his experience working with Ajay Devgn again, he added, “Working with Ajay sir again was pure fun, full of energy and masti. This one’s made for every wedding where the OGs lead the party!”
