Sussanne Khan Shares Inspiring Fitness Post, Says ‘Discipline Will Set You Free’

Mumbai — Entrepreneur and interior designer Sussanne Khan has shared a motivating glimpse of her fitness journey, highlighting the power of discipline in achieving personal growth.

Taking to Instagram, Sussanne posted a video of her intense workout session, dressed in pink athleisure wear, as she performed box jumps.

She captioned the post: “Note to self… discipline will set you free ? #sussannekhan #resilience #dailydoseofendorphins.”

In her postscript, Sussanne revealed that she had not attempted box jumps for over four months and initially felt nervous about it. “There was so much fear doing these box jumps today coz I didn’t do them for over 4 months… but sometimes it’s that fear that pushes you to find the better version of yourself ?,” she wrote.

Several Bollywood celebrities, including Malaika Arora, Nargis Fakhri, and Bhavana Pandey, reacted positively to her post, praising her for her motivation and consistency.

Earlier this week, Sussanne also shared a selfie with her partner Arsalan Goni and his brother, actor Aly Goni, on social media.

The designer, who celebrated her birthday on October 26, marked the occasion in Kashmir, Arsalan’s hometown, and posted pictures from the celebration. In one photo, Sussanne sported a checked brown shirt with a sparkling hair clip, while Arsalan and Aly appeared in casual summer shirts. She captioned the image, “Hanging out with the boys for quite some time now.”

Producer Ektaa Kapoor also penned a heartfelt birthday wish for Sussanne, calling her a “light wherever you go” and admitting she was “so bloody fomoed” about missing the Kashmir celebration.

Her message read: “To my cutest, beautiful, loveliest friend — I’m so happy it’s your birthday today! You are a light wherever you go, my sparkling friend. Have a sparkling birthday. Love you, Suzzi. Soooooo bloody fomoed on missing Kashmir.”
