Ankita Lokhande Revives Pavitra Rishta Memories by Wearing Iconic Saree, Promises to Gift It to a Lucky Fan

Mumbai — Television star Ankita Lokhande, best known for her role as Archana in Pavitra Rishta, has rekindled fond memories for her fans by wearing one of the show’s most memorable costumes.

In her latest vlog, Ankita appeared in the same stunning red saree she wore in a highlight episode of Pavitra Rishta. The elegant saree, featuring delicate embroidery and a timeless drape, instantly took fans back to her early television days. Playfully engaging her audience, Ankita asked viewers to guess which exact episode she wore the saree in, promising to gift it to the fan who answers correctly.

Radiating grace, the actress complemented the saree with a simple blouse and minimal jewelry, allowing the iconic outfit to shine. Pavitra Rishta, produced by Ekta Kapoor, first premiered in June 2009 and ran successfully for five years. Ankita remained an integral part of the show throughout its run, becoming a household name for her portrayal of Archana.

The beloved series also starred Sushant Singh Rajput as Manav, along with Hiten Tejwani, Asha Negi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Priya Marathe, Prarthana Behere, Savita Prabhune, and Usha Nadkarni, among others. Ankita and Sushant’s on-screen chemistry as Archana and Manav made them one of television’s most adored couples.

In her vlog, Ankita also shared glimpses of her Dussehra celebrations, showing her festive breakfast spread featuring vada pav and mirchi pakodas. She offered fans a peek inside her home office, proudly displaying a large wall filled with her numerous awards and accolades.

Ankita has often expressed heartfelt gratitude to Pavitra Rishta, its director, and producer Ekta Kapoor for shaping her career and giving her immense recognition.

After her marriage to businessman Vicky Jain, Ankita, along with him, participated in Bigg Boss Season 17, where their relationship was tested but emerged stronger than ever.
