No impact on JD(U) health after Jaleshwar Mahto departure

Ranchi: State general secretary of the Jharkhand JD(U) Bhagwan Singh said that departure of Jaleshwar Mahto will not have any impact on the party organisation in the state. Addressing the press here he said that the dedicated leaders and workers of the party were ready and committed to work under the leadership of heir most popular leader Nitish Kumar. He said that office bearers, all district unit heads and members of other party organisations were united. 

Mr Singh said that for the last six months Mr Mahto was indulged in anti-party activities and even the central leadership was aware of his acts. He was also coming less to the party office. He said that a meeting of the state working committee of the JD(U) would be held on January 3 in Ranchi in which all the members of the committee district unit heads and others have been invited in which the future course of action of the party will be decided.

On this occasion, the national secretary and whip of the government in the Bihar Assembly Ram Sevak Singh and incharge Arun Kumar Singh would be present after which Nitish Kumar will announce a new state president in Patna.
