Chinese technology company Lenovo has launched the Cardio Plus HX03W smart band in India at Rs 1,999, targeting consumers looking for an affordable wearable with health and fitness tracking features.

The Bluetooth-enabled device features a 0.96-inch OLED full-screen display and an integrated heart-rate sensor. It also supports direct USB charging, offers water resistance and is designed to provide extended standby time, according to the company.

“The fitness space in India is witnessing growth at a tremendous pace and Cardio Plus HX03W is a perfect pick for fitness enthusiasts who are looking for a premium and stylish-looking gizmo at a value price point,” Sebastian Peng, Head of Mobile Business Group Ecosystem at Lenovo, said.

The smart band is compatible with both Android and iOS devices and comes with several activity-focused features. These include a dedicated running mode, an anti-sleep mode, long-sitting alerts and sedentary reminders designed to encourage users to remain active throughout the day.

Alongside the new wearable, Lenovo has also introduced an updated version of its Lenovo Life fitness application. The app allows users to monitor their daily activities and provides additional features such as diet-related guidance, shape-training videos and personalised sports plans.

The Cardio Plus HX03W comes with detachable straps, allowing users to change the band according to their preference.

The launch comes as wearable devices were becoming increasingly popular among Indian consumers, with smart bands offering an affordable way to monitor everyday activity, exercise patterns and basic health-related metrics.

The Lenovo Cardio Plus HX03W is available for purchase through Amazon India.
