Garhwa: Police has arrested five criminals involved in a murder case which took place under Bhandariya Police Station area of this district on July 28.
Police sources said that the deceased was identified as Arvind Korwa (19). The brother of the deceased had registered an FIR against Junu Korwa and others in the Bhanadriya Police Station and subsequent
police probe led to the arresting of the culprits who were later forwarded to jail.
The arrested included Junu Korwa, Akhlesh Korwa, Godam Korwa, Mithu Singh and Rajkumar alias Nand Kumar Turi. All of them have been arrested from Dilwahi Tola. Police said that the deceased had a
love affair with the daughter of Junu Korwa which was objected by him.
The couple had earlier eloped from their home but had returned sometime earlier after which a panchayat was held in in the village which allowed the couple to stay together. Junu somehow forced his daughter to come to his home after which he hatched the conspiracy of murder of her husband.
