Sargun Mehta’s Karwa Chauth Look Gets a Personal Touch as Mom Takes Charge of Styling

Actress Sargun Mehta gave fans a glimpse of her traditional Punjabi look for Karwa Chauth, revealing that her mother personally arranged every detail of her festive ensemble.

The actress took to Instagram to share moments from a pre-Karwa Chauth celebration hosted by her mother and Charu. Praising their efforts, Sargun said the party was exceptionally well planned and filled with fun.

“My mom and Charu host the best parties ever. The pre-Karwa Chauth party is not something one can expect to be so well thought of and so much fun,” she wrote.

Sargun also shared that her mother was responsible for styling her traditional look, making sure everything was ready before the celebrations began.

“Also, I am styled by my mom. Everything you see me wearing, right down to the gota and parandi, everything was kept prepared on my bed for me to just get ready and dancing,” the actress added.

For the occasion, Sargun chose a heavily embellished red Punjabi suit, accessorising it with long earrings and a maang tikka. A traditional parandi, a decorative hair accessory worn with braided hair, completed her festive appearance, adding an authentic Punjabi touch.

Beyond showcasing her outfit, the actress shared a video of herself dancing enthusiastically to Punjabi songs alongside her mother. The moments captured the warmth of the family gathering and highlighted the personal effort that went into making the celebration special.

On the professional front, Sargun was last seen in the Punjabi comedy film 'Carry On Jatta 4', directed by Smeep Kang and co-starring Gippy Grewal and Binnu Dhillon. The film was released in theatres on June 26, 2026.
