Barnwal chairs weekly review of Jansamwad, asks officials to clear complaints quickly

Ranchi: Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Raghubar Das Sunil Kumar Barnwal has directed that at no cost public land should be used for private use and if any person indulges in its wrong use then legal action should be taken against him.

Cheering the weekly review program of the Complaints registered at the jan samvad Kendra here he issued the directions after Ranjith Kumar Lakra of Latehar district had registered a complaint that forcibly on his land coal was being dumped. He also instructed that a probe should be conducted whether the person who was dumping the coal has the necessary licence or not and further action should be taken. A total of 23 complaints were reviewed by him and necessary instructions who has given to the officials.

He directed all the DCs to review all the matter related to lamps and clear the pending Bills. An organisation which had undertaken the task of verifying the ration cards and collected Xerox of Aadhar cards from 2015-17 complained of non payment.

Over the complaint by the family members of Sukhram Munda of Kunti who was killed in an Maoist incident in February 2012 the chief secretary directed to sort out the issue by next week and over a similar complaint of One Shambhu Yadav being killed on March 8, 2016 and his kin not getting the job and compensation the Nodal Officer said that once the allocation is received the compensation would be made.
