Addressing the gathering, Aditya Sahu outlined the party’s upcoming programmes. He said large-scale Yoga Day events would be organised at all Shakti Kendras across the state on June 21, with the participation of office-bearers from the state, district and mandal levels. He also directed party units to observe the martyrdom day of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee on June 23 with due respect across all mandals.

Sahu called upon party workers to observe June 25 as ‘Black Day’, describing it as an opportunity to remind people of the Emergency period imposed by the Congress government and to create awareness about what he termed one of the darkest chapters in Indian democracy.

Under the drive, which will continue until July 6, the party will undertake plantation activities, public outreach programmes, cleanliness drives and interactions with intellectuals and prominent citizens. In addition, ‘Organic Farming Seminars’ and ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp’ meetings will be organised in rural and semi-urban areas to highlight the welfare initiatives and achievements of the Modi government.

Concluding the meeting, Sahu said dedication to service and commitment to the organisation remain the BJP’s greatest strengths, which would help carry the message of development and good governance to every household. The proceedings were conducted by State General Secretary Manoj Singh.
