Grand Mother’s Day Celebration Held at St. Michael Anglo School

Deoghar:– A grand and emotional Mother’s Day celebration was organized on Saturday at St. Michael Anglo School. The school auditorium was filled with warmth, affection, and the sweetness of the sacred bond between mothers and children. Students expressed their unconditional love and respect for their mothers through songs, dance performances, and cultural presentations.
The innocent expressions and heartfelt performances by the children deeply touched everyone present at the event. Many parents became emotional, while the students beautifully conveyed the message that a mother holds the highest and most precious place in one’s life.
Mothers Also Participated Enthusiastically
Mothers attending the event enthusiastically took part in dance and ramp walk competitions. During the ramp walk, mothers walked the stage along with their children, receiving loud applause from the audience. The children looked extremely happy and excited watching their mothers perform on stage.

School Director Dr. J.C. Raj said that the main purpose of organizing such a program is to help students understand the love, sacrifice, and importance of mothers. He stated that when children are taught about a mother’s affection and struggles from an early age, they grow into better human beings.
Dr. Raj added that Mother’s Day is not merely a celebration, but also a medium to make children emotionally connected and sensitive toward their mothers. Describing mothers as the embodiment of sacrifice, love, kindness, and affection, he said, “A mother is someone in whose shadow not only human beings but even the gods feel blessed and delighted.”
He further emphasized that people should not express gratitude to their mothers only on Mother’s Day, but every single day, because it is mothers who give us life and identity.
Children Gave Wonderful Performances
Students including Varsha, Chandni, Navika, Mansi, Madonna, Srishti, Prerna, Kanchan, Neetika, Mishti, Khushi, Aastha, Sonam, Leela, Arya, Tanisha, Amrita, Roshni, Anokhi Rani, Niranjan, Sakshi Priya, Anushka Mitra, Styli, Mahi, Riya Chaudhary, Shivani, Mayank Yadav, Poonam Kumari, Ishanvi, Rupam Kumari, Raunak, Amrita Ghosh, Priyanshi, Nityam, Tanvesh, Paridhi, Manikant, Prisha, Virat, Aarav, Roshni Kiran Kumari, Vivek Anand, Daksh Kumar and many others participated in the program and made the event memorable.
