
Deoghar: A new bus service was launched at DAV Chitra on Saturday, with Sarath MLA Uday Shankar Singh flagging off the vehicle. The launch of the new bus service has brought much-needed relief to students and parents who had been facing transportation difficulties for several months.
The school bus service had remained disrupted for the past few months, causing inconvenience to students and their guardians. Instead of opting for a temporary arrangement, the school management decided to introduce a long-term and safe transportation solution by launching a new bus.
During the inauguration ceremony held on Saturday, MLA Uday Shankar Singh flagged off the new bus and expressed hope that the facility would greatly benefit the students of the area.
On the occasion, the school management stated that the new bus service has been introduced keeping in mind the safety, comfort and regular transportation needs of the students. The administration also informed that earlier shortcomings in the transport system had been addressed to ensure better service.
The school authorities further assured that a permanent road from the main road to the school entrance would soon be constructed so that children would not face any inconvenience while reaching the campus.
Describing the restoration of the bus service as an important achievement, the school management thanked the parents for their patience and cooperation. The event witnessed an enthusiastic atmosphere among the school community and parents.
With the introduction of the new bus service, hopes have increased for improved transportation facilities for students in the region.
