Ranchi: Three CRPF soldiers were seriously injured in the IED blast. Constable Santosh Oraon of the bomb disposal squad has been martyred in this incident.
The battalion's second in command Ejeto Tane and constable Jayanta Nath are seriously injured. At present the condition of both is out of danger.
The incident took place on Friday in Hathibeda of the Goilkera police station area. Three soldiers who were on an expedition in the forest got hit by an IED. The injured have been airlifted and sent to Ranchi.
