Ranchi: A live bullet has been recovered from a female passenger of NRI origin at Ranchi airport. CISF gave this information to the airport police station. After interrogating the woman, the police confiscated her passport.
The 40-bore bullet recovered from the woman has also been seized. Elizabeth L Peter had booked an Air Asia flight to Delhi.
An FIR has been registered against Elizabeth in the Airport Police Station under the Arms Act.
