5 Kg Pressure Bomb and One IED recovered and defused at the forest area of Chaibasa

Ranchi: Five Kilogram Pressure Bomb and One Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by CPI (Maoist) were recovered by security forces during a massive search operation from Goelkera Police Station in Chaibasa on Sunday.

According to intelligence inputs Jharkhand Police and Paramilitary Forces in combing search operation near Maradiri under Goelkera Police Station recovered bombs planted by Maoist ultras.

In this search operation Jawans of Chaibasa Police, Jharkhand Jaguar, CoBRA Battalion 209, 203, CRPF 197, 193, 174, 157, 134, 60, 26, 07, 05 and Bomb Disposal Squad of CRPF 60 Battalion took part.

According to Police, Hardcore Maoist rebels Mishir Besra, Anmol Mochu, Chaman, Kande, Ajay Mahato, Sagen Angaria and Ashwin are hidden in Chaibasa.

CPI (Maoist) rebels from South Zonal Committee issue a poster in the forest area of Goelkera in Chaibasa informing villagers not to help police otherwise results will be utterly disastrous.

In this poster it is written that in Kolhan area, to stop Police Oppression and torture, On roads, Forest area, mountains and hilly areas including the bushes landmine and IED bombs are Planted, not only that Bubi Trap (Mad Comrade) is also fixed.

So, We Maoist appeal to those villagers, Carpenters, Farmers and Cattle ranchers are instructed to not to go to the forest areas and hills.

Those who violate the rules and instructions can come under boobytrap and he will lose his life.

Therefore Police Officials will be responsible for these casualties.
