Ranchi: Jharkhand Jaguar Special Task Force (STF) Jawans attended Yoga Training Session at a Camp Organised at STF Headquarters in Ranchi on Thursday.
Former Marine Commando (MARCOS) and Sourya Chakra awardee Pravin Tewatiya along with Jharkhand State Yoga In Charge Ram Jeevan Pande and Chaitali Majumdar gave Yoga Tips and benefits of Pranayam and Exercise among Jawans.
Morning Prayer was Conducted on this occasion.
Newly recruited and Young Jawans were seen excited while attending training sessions at Yoga Camp.
Scientific Benefits of Surya Namaskar and other Asanas of yoga were conducted for the mental and physical well-being of Jawans at the camp.
