On instructions of Minister Badal, Regional Director Dumka reaches Training Center and reviews arrangements

Ranchi: During the training programme being run by the Animal Husbandry Department for the cattle rearers in the current financial year many trainees from the Dumka Training Center on the telephone to complained to Minister of Agriculture Badal that during the training, the arrangement of food was not done properly.

Following the complaints, he instructed the Regional Director Dumka to go to the training center himself and take food with the trainees and fix the error immediately. After the instructions of the Minister the Regional Director reached the training center and took stock of the arrangements there along with that he also ate food with the trainees. In the financial year 2021-22, under the extension and training programme, under the Chief Minister’s Livestock Development Scheme training is being given in Dumka to the cattle farmers. The training programme is completely residential and all the trainees are being provided traveling allowance, daily allowance at the rate of Rs 200 and food etc to reach the training center.

Badal said that Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Vikas Yojana is an ambitious scheme and it is the government’s resolve that the benefits of this scheme should reach 100 percent farmers. He has also appealed to the trainees taking training to go to their area with better training and make other people aware there too, so that the government can fully implement the scheme. At the same time, he has clearly said that if any farmer has any kind of complaint, then he can contact him directly. At the same time, he has also thanked the trainees who conveyed this information to him. He said that such people need to be aware and if they get any kind of complaint at any place, they should immediately inform about it.

Badal also directed the Director of Animal Husbandry Department to conduct a surprise inspections of the places where training is being conducted so that information can be obtained that the trainees are being trained properly or not.
