Congress party to provide medical assistance to Corona patients

Ranchi: The Congress party has decided to provide medical assistance to Coronavirus patients and their families.

A decision in this regard was taken in the meeting of the Congress party which was chaired by JPCC Chief Dr Rameshwar Oraon. He said that at the state level a relief monitoring committee will be formed which will provide necessary medical facilities to the Coronavirus patients including making arrangements of beds, oxygen, ventilators etc.

He said that the Congress party will also set up a helpline number to listen to the complaints of the people and provide them with assistance. Dr Oraon said that even party leaders are being assigned responsibility to get in touch with administration of a particular hospital and provide help to the patients and their families.

He said that in the party office a team of doctors will be sitting in four hour shift which will try to provide necessary help to the people who will call on phone and try to solve their problems. Dr Oraon said that party leaders are also trying to provide help over the delay in reaching of reports of Covid testing.
