Tisca Chopra Says the Mountains Help Her Reconnect With Peace and Inner Balance

Mumbai: Actress Tisca Chopra has shared that whenever life feels overwhelming, she turns to the mountains to find peace, describing them as a place where she can calm her mind, restore her creativity, and reconnect with herself.

Sharing glimpses from her recent getaway, Tisca revealed that the trip became even more special as she celebrated Guru Purnima at Babaji's ashram in Palampur. She said the experience brought her spiritual fulfilment and left her feeling grateful and emotionally refreshed.

In a heartfelt social media post, the actress wrote that during difficult phases—when her thoughts become overwhelming, joy feels distant, and creativity fades—she no longer resists those moments.
