Mumbai — Actress Palak Tiwari recently let fans in on a fun and personal beauty secret — she relied entirely on her mother Shweta Tiwari’s make-up products for over a year.
Speaking at the Bombay Times Fashion Week, where she walked the ramp as a showstopper, Palak candidly admitted, “I have only used her makeup. She didn’t have makeup for a whole year because I stole all her makeup.” She added that her mother has been her biggest source of inspiration, influencing not just her style but her personality as well.
Talking about her evolving sense of fashion, Palak said comfort now takes priority over impressing others. She explained that true style is about being yourself and feeling at ease, rather than seeking validation. “Even if someone doesn’t like my clothes, it’s okay. I want them to like me,” she said.
Palak rose to fame with the hit music video Bijlee Bijlee alongside Harrdy Sandhu, and later made her Bollywood debut with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan starring Salman Khan. Before stepping into acting, she also worked behind the scenes as an assistant director on Antim: The Final Truth.
Apart from films, Palak continues to make waves in the fashion and social media space, establishing herself as a rising young face in the industry.
Recently, she was also spotted enjoying a movie outing with Sara Ali Khan, sparking buzz online. Ibrahim Ali Khan was seen at the same venue around the same time, once again fuelling speculation about his rumoured relationship with Palak — though neither has confirmed anything so far.
